New this season, Yoga on Paddleboard.

Intro to Yoga on Paddleboard is a 90 introduction to waterborne yoga training on Monday evening Oct 3rd in the pool at the Dundalk campus. $69.

Yoga on Paddleboard in a 6-week course of Monday evening sessions beginning on Oct 10 at the Dundalk campus pool. $329.

How to Register for Programs

¨      Go to our website, www.otterpointcreek.org and choose “Click here for online registration” and follow instructions.

¨      Space is limited, so registration is required for all programs except Drop-In Programs.

¨      Parents attend children’s programs only where specified. All programs meet at the Center unless otherwise noted.

Of Rice and Rails

Wild rice once flourished in our marsh, providing fuel for man and beast alike. Rails and other migrants depended on rice to “gas up and go”. Explore rice/rail connections, harvest wild rice and stop on Snake Island for a wild rice treat.

Fishing Battery Island Exploration

Explore this abandoned island in the Susquehanna Flats and see what remains of the old lighthouse. Learn the history of the island and what its future holds. Bring a lunch to snack on while we are on the island. Approx. 4 miles round trip of paddling. *Meet at Swan Harbor Farm

Good Morning Marsh

In the natural world the day begins early. Get up with the sun to see who’s “shaking a leg” in the wee hours of the morning, on the water and in the wetlands.

Bush River Headwaters Kayak

Discover wonders where Bynum and James Run converge, quietly exploring the wetlands with birds and beauty abounding.   *Meet off of Rt. 40 and Pamela Dr.

Synchronicity

It is definitely worth leaving work early! View the sun setting and the full moon rising in perfect synchronicity on this date of the November full moon, followed by a relaxing paddle on the moonlit waters of Otter Point Creek.
